Experience
I have been teaching English as a language instructor since 2004 in countries such as South Korea, Japan, and Chile, as well as in Canada's LINC program for new immigrants and in online one-on-one language classes. I also have experience tutoring students in-person. I'm passionate about helping international students of English and new Canadian refugees, permanent residents, and citizens improve their English skills in order to reach their personal and professional goals and live successfully in Canada or another English-speaking country.

Hobbies
I have a wide range of interests, including outdoor activities such as nature hikes, gardening, camping, fishing, swimming, and boating. I also love our most popular national sport, ice hockey and am a very enthusiastic Calgary Flames fan! During the cold winter months, I enjoy reading, watching movies and TV series (in addition to hockey games), and some outdoor winter activities. I also enjoy listening to all kinds of music. I love animals and have a dog and a cat that thinks he's a dog, too!
